How Blockora handles your data.
Last updated: October 19, 2026
Blockora ("we", "our", "the game") is built around a simple principle: your city lives on your device. This policy explains exactly what we collect and why.
Gameplay data. Your city layout, resources, progress and settings are stored locally on your device. If Blockora connects to our servers for shared features (like the cooperative World Project), it syncs only gameplay data tied to an anonymous, device-generated player ID — never your name, email, or any other personal identifier.
Support messages. If you contact us through the support form, we collect the name, email address, and message you choose to provide, solely to respond to your request.
Blockora is designed to be suitable for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information through the support form, contact us and we'll delete it.
Gameplay data stays on your device until you delete the app or reset your progress in Settings. Support messages are kept only as long as needed to resolve your request.
You can reset all local game data at any time from Settings → Reset Game. To ask us to delete a support message you sent us, email us at the address on the Support page.
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Blockora after a change means you accept the updated policy.
